Installation and Implementation

Project Management

Once you have decided to install a P&Q system we will assign a Project Manager who will oversee every step of the process.

We will look at your current systems and tailor your new P&Q solution to work alongside them. This will help make the fullest use of your existing investment and procedures and ensure you enjoy a return on your new investment in the shortest possible time.

Installation

Our solutions are installed by our own personnel. Where new hardware or infrastructure is required, we can work with your own IT and engineering teams to ensure the minimum disruption to your operations.

Implementation

A P&Q specialist will set up your system, ensuring for example that all your employees' records are accessible. This will allow it to be precisely tailored to your needs, and ensure that company-specific details, from department structure to banking details are entered correctly. Your specialist will ensure you are completely happy with the operation of the system before handover.

Training

P&Q solutions have been developed to be simple and intuitive to use – but all are provided with operating manuals, and we can provide familiarisation and training as required. Our team has worked in the same business environments as your users, and provides effective training to help your staff get up to speed as quickly as possible.
