Clockings from badge readers, telephone, SMS or other sources are received and processed automatically. Data can be transferred to your payroll, personnel and financial systems, eliminating human error and saving you valuable time. You will spend less than 15 minutes per day on administration.

TimeBureau can cater for all your clocking rules, shift and overtime patterns and variable working, including rotating shifts, continental shifts, and unplanned shift changes. It handles all your payment criteria and absence rules and can deal with Time-in-Lieu and Banked Time.

Time and Attendance Reader

The Reader which comes with the TimeBureau service is an innovative and versatile time clock with two methods of identification built into every reader, so that you can chose which you want, and even change your mind over time (!): proximity cards and/or fingerprints. They are designed to be future-proof and have a highly durable yet elegant casing. If you don't have network points in a suitable location, you can chose the model with WI-FI built in.



Telephone Clocking Solution

Telephone clocking is great if your employees spend time visiting client sites or working from home – in fact anywhere in the world, as long as they have access to a telephone.

All your employee has to do is dial into our automated system; they will be prompted for their employee number and the site code of the location they are at. Both these codes are verified against your information and if correct will inform the employee that the clocking has been registered.

This is great if you have to bill clients for time spent on site, since you can export the hours spent at each site, for use by your invoicing system for example.

Our standard number is only charged a small amount to the bill payer of the telephone line. We also offer altrernative services including 0800 numbers or 0845 numbers.

SMS Clocking Solution

SMS clocking is great for roving employees on the road. Have them text in from a registered handset and record clockings and locations when on site, by simply sending an SMS.

No extra cost other than the standard cost of a normal rate text message which in most cases may well be included in mobile contract bundles.

This is also great if you have to bill clients for time spent on site, as you can export the hours spent at each site.

Once our system receives the text message, the SMS gateway automatically sorts the messages and assigns them depending on certain criteria. Within your Time Bureauportal, you will then have access to an up-to-the-minute real time view of their locations.

RTB Hardware Maintenance

Return-to-Base (RTB) Maintenance is a form of Off-Site Maintenance whereby when a unit is reported as faulty and we are unable to help you resolve the problem by telephone, You will send us the faulty unit for delivery. The faulty unit will be repaired and returned to you
