Other Input Devices
In addition to mobile computers and data collection terminals and badge readers and biometric readers of different types and features, QTAR Systems can be connected to many other forms of input device, including:
- digital clocks, master clocks and time systems
- data collection or data capture terminals
- RFID readers (both passive and active tag systems)
- weighing machines or scales
- sensors, counters, data loggers and detectors of many different types
- access control equipment
- door sensors, movement detectors, etc.
- vehicle proximity tags for automatic operation of car park barriers
- vending machines
- interactive voice-response equipment
- video cameras
- digital cameras
- touch-tone telephone systems
- forms recognition and hand-writing recognition systems
- other computer systems (real time or batch mode)
- internet- or web-based systems, used to generate input
QTAR Systems can also be interfaced to many types of output device.
